CANI-RANDO AND CANI-TROTINETTE
Cani-rando
After their winter in the snow, the sled dogs are put to work for the summer!! In Les Gets, visitors have the opportunity to try cani-rando, an innovative and active idea combining keeping fit in the mountains with the pleasure of building a relationship between man and dog.
In practice, the walker (equipped with a padded belt) is relieved of some of the effort of walking as the dog takes the strain, pulling on a rope. The walker follows, guiding the dog with his voice and various pre-defined commands.
Morning ½ day (from 8 years +), minimum 5 people, reservation required : 15€
Cani-trotinette - Scooby Scooter
For the less energetic, the cani-trotinette is a less strenuous version of the cani-rando. Let the dog take the strain and be pulled along on your scooter, using your handlebars to steer as you follow specially marked tracks.
Morning ½ day (from 12 years +), minimum 5 people, reservation required : 15€.

Located just a few steps from the Lac des Ecoles, the Ranch du Lac is the ideal start point for many riding excursions in the mountains.
Our riding tourist guide will accompany you for outings of all levels for two or three hours or a full day.

The Ranch du Lac is open all summer long.

Fishing
A fishing permit is compulsory to fish in the region, whether in the lake or in streams or rivers. Situated in the Chavannes, the lake is accessible on foot (20min). Fishing permit on sale at the Tourist Office.
