1 - The transport Company declines all responsibility for any delay in the established schedules as well as on any missed connection with whatever means of transportation. The Company will not therefore bear any expenses or any other consequence resulting from the delay.

2 - The transport Company reserves the right of making whatever change is required in case of unforseen circumstances.

3 - In case of accident, the Company’s liability is limited to the conditions of its insurance contract.

4 - Bagages, skis, etc…, are transported free of charge under customer’s responsibility.

5 - The bearer of a transport ticket implicitly accepts the general conditions.

6 - Unused tickets are not refundable.

Children up to 4 years : free of charge From 4 to 12 years : ½ fare.
Departmental line (Cluses-Les Gets)
Children up to 5 years: free of charge From 5 to 10 years: ½ fare.
