Les Gets Réservation


Standard Terms and Conditions of Hire
Article 1: The client agrees to the undermentioned conditions of hire. Article 2: Fares - The quoted price for the transfer is fixed price tariff and is valid for pre-reservation only with Les Gets Reservation Article 3: Vehicle - The Company guarantees that the transfer will be done by mean of one or several vehicles, according to the French law that rules the number of seats. The Company keeps the right to organize the transfer by the intermediary of another transfer company, if the vehicle fleet was unable to provide the service for any unforeseen reason. Article 4: Reservation - The reservation will be done entirely by the intermediary of Les Gets Reservation Article 5: Delay Delay due to the client - The rates include free waiting time (from the time of arrival that you have mentioned). The driver will wait for you 1hour at the airport and 30 minutes at the train station. After that time, the client has to contact ‘Les Gets Reservation’ to organise the transfer with another Driver. If the Customer books with another taxi company without contacting ‘Les Gets Reservation’, any and all monies paid will be totally non-refundable and the new transfer costs will be at the Client’s charge. Delay due to the Company - The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay that occurs beyond its control. e.g.: major traffic problem (unforeseen traffic jam, accident, strikes, customs or police control), exceptional meteorological events (snow, floods, fire, landslides or stones fall) The Customer is asked to communicate his/her mobile phone number to ‘Les Gets Reservation’ to ensure the organization to the Customer’s destination in the best conditions. Article 6: Luggage - The price includes the transport of 1 pair of skis and 2 bags or suitcases per person. Extra luggage may be subject to additional charges. Although luggage is handled with care, Customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and the Company shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property. Article 7: Specific rules - The Company and its Driver have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the driver, the vehicle or any other passenger. It is also forbidden to drink or smoke in the vehicle.
