La Delys is a modern, duplex new apartment on the top floor, located a short walk to the village centre and an even shorter walk to the Les Perrieres lifts. There is a very large balcony of 40m² with wonderful views both over the village and to Les Perrieres and also the Chavannes side. Also on the balcony is comfortable outside seating for 5, a hot tub and a sauna.

Living area and kitchen
The living area is very spacious, again with plentiful comfortable seating and an electrical "wood burning stove", the kitchen is very modern, well equipped and the dining table seats 8 to 10.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
The bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with zip link beds ( which can be configured either as two single beds or one super king size bed in three of the bedrooms). The top floor bedroom is ideal for a family or teenagers.

Bedroom 2 - One Zip Link King bed (two singles or Super King Double)
Bedroom 3 - One Zip Link King Bed (can be two Singles)
Bedroom 4 - Double
SUMMER 2021 Bedroom 5 - 6 singles beds (one can be configured a king size bed)
WINTER 2021/22 - There will be 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each.

Car Park
One parking space is allocated to the flat in La Delys Residence, and it is possible to park near the residence for an additional vehicle along the main road.
