Survival blanket

Windproof mountain jacket
Mobile phone with the number of the organisers (07 66 33 50 03). Participants must be contactable at all times (before, during and after the race).
Sticks are accepted
Bib visible on chest<\/p>\n

Waterproof jacket
Gloves and hat in case of cold weather<\/p>\n

\u2757 You undertake to have the required equipment and to present it at the request of the organisers during the entire event (start, finish and on the course). \u2757<\/p>\n

\u27a1\ufe0f Race Number Collection<\/strong>
You can collect your race number on race day, Saturday, 17 January 2026, at the Salle de La Colombi\u00e8re (2813 Rte des Grandes Alpes, 74260 Les Gets) between 08:30 and 18:00, upon presentation of proof of identity.
Your race number can also be collected by a third party, provided they present proof of identity.<\/p>\n

If your registration is marked as incomplete, please provide a valid FFA license or PPS certificate, which can be obtained from the athle.fr website.<\/p>\n

For your information, your entry for the adult courses includes: a finisher’s medal, a participant’s gift, course security and assistance, as well as the post-race meal.
Meals for runners and accompanying persons will be served from 7:00 p.m. to 10:45 p.m.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n

\ud83d\udeb0 Refuelling<\/h3>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n
\r\n

Refreshments will include both liquids and solids. They may be distributed individually when picking up race bibs and\/or available along the course depending on the current health regulations.<\/p>\n

Refreshment Station 1 : Les Chavannes at kilometers 4 and 13
Refreshment Station 2 : Lac des Ecoles at kilometers 9 and 18
Refreshment Station 3 : At the finish area on the Front de Neige<\/p>\n

Personal refreshments provided by a support team are not allowed in the official refreshment zones.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n

\u274c Insurance and cancellation<\/h3>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n
\r\n

Participants with a licence are covered by their own licence.<\/p>\n

Non-licensed participants are advised to take out personal accident insurance to cover any search and rescue costs in France. Such insurance can be taken out with any organiser of the competitor’s choice, and in particular with the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise d’Athl\u00e9tisme.<\/p>\n

If the race is cancelled due to force majeure or for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, participants will be entitled to :
\u27a1\ufe0f Either the transfer of their registration to the Trail d\u2019Hiver des Gets 2027,
\u27a1\ufe0f Or a refund of their registration for the Trail d\u2019Hiver des Gets 2026. Only the registration fees will not be refunded.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n

Come with a guest and share the post-race meal together!
Meals for accompanying persons are available for \u20ac15 when you register.
You don’t necessarily need a race number to book your meal.
Reservations must be made 15 days before the start date.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n
