It’s official: Les Gets will host the Downhill and Cross-Country mountain bike events at the UCI Cycling World Championships, which will take place in Haute-Savoie from August 24 to September 5, 2027.

In addition to the downhill and cross-country mountain bike events taking place in Les Gets, the Haute-Savoie department will host all disciplines of these UCI Cycling World Championships.
The program features no fewer than 20 championships spread across the region, including five high-quality disciplines for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, with more than 10,000 athletes competing over the 13 days of competition.
