Behind Sanseverino is Stéphane Sanseverino: a virtuoso guitarist, singer, and songwriter with a unique style on the French music scene 🎸
He rose to fame in the early 2000s with his high-energy gypsy swing and cult hits such as Les Embouteillages. He blends gypsy jazz, blues, rock and French chanson with incredible energy and lyrics full of humour and poetry.
A great admirer of Django Reinhardt, he taught himself to play the guitar and developed a style that is instantly recognisable, combining virtuosity, groove and irony 🎶
With a career spanning more than 20 years, around 15 albums and hundreds of concerts, Sanseverino has established himself as one of the most unique and explosive figures in French music. On stage, his infectious energy and irresistible swing transform every concert into a real party. 🔥
