Atout Coeur is a 100m² detached, four-room chalet located in the Gibannaz district of Les Gets, ideal for a family or group of friends' mountain getaway. It can accommodate up to nine people (suitable for eight adults and one child) and is spread over three levels, offering a welcoming and functional living space.
The bright 35m² living area comprises a lounge, dining room, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue equipment). A wood-burning stove (wood provided) and a television with fiber optic Wi-Fi ensure comfort and a warm atmosphere after a day on the slopes.
The chalet includes four bedrooms: one bedroom on the first floor with two single beds that can be configured as a single bed, and three bedrooms in the attic on the second floor with double beds (160x200cm), two of which have balcony access. The layout allows for ample accommodation while still providing private spaces for everyone.
There are two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub and toilet), a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor.
Outside, the chalet features a large 43m² south-facing terrace, a 31m² covered terrace, a private garden, garden furniture, and a barbecue for enjoying sunny days. Private outdoor parking (2 spaces) and a ski locker (storage in the garage) are included.
The chalet offers unobstructed views of the slopes and is located approximately 1300m from the Chavannes and Mont Chéry gondolas, close to the ski school, the town center (tourist office), and shuttle bus stops (approximately 400m). The layout also allows, subject to slope openings, for ski-in/ski-out access.
Practical information: small pets allowed under certain conditions (not in the bedrooms), non-smoking accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility, duvets and pillows provided, beds made upon arrival, end-of-stay cleaning included (excluding kitchen), self check-in via key box, and a €900 security deposit.
