This 5-room chalet has 4 well-appointed bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and access to the balcony, a second double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) also with balcony access, and a multi-purpose room/TV lounge with a sofa bed, ideal for children or as a relaxation area.

The interior offers a bright 20m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals after a day of skiing or hiking.

The chalet features two modern bathrooms (one with a bathtub/shower, one with a shower and toilet), as well as a separate toilet, a washing machine, and a dryer, ensuring optimal comfort for extended stays.

Outside, you'll enjoy a balcony, a fenced terrace, and an unfenced garden with a ping-pong table in the summer, creating a welcoming space to relax while enjoying mountain views. Three private parking spaces and a garage that doubles as a bicycle storage area make organizing your sporting activities easy.
