Located less than a kilometer from the slopes, shops, bars, and restaurants of Les Gets resort, Chalet Kouzya is close to all amenities. Nearby, you'll also find a boardercross course and the Mountain E-park, which offers electric snowmobile sessions in winter and motocross the rest of the year.
You'll be just a few minutes' walk from Lac des Écoles, which in summer offers a swimming area, an inflatable obstacle course, trampolines, and beach volleyball courts. A network of hiking and mountain biking trails allows you to explore the region and its incomparable alpine nature.
After an exciting day on the slopes, you'll be delighted to return to the comfort of Chalet Kouzya and the breathtaking view of Mont Chéry from its terrace.
Chalet Kouzya, spread over three floors, can accommodate eight people in four suites.
On the ground floor, you'll find a garage/ski room, a laundry room, and a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower room.
A staircase leads to the open-plan living area, which is spacious and very bright thanks to French doors opening onto the balcony. A corner sofa and several chairs face a television, and a large dining table provides ample space for everyone to gather around for meals. The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, as well as a microwave and dishwasher. You can also try your hand at homemade local specialties with a raclette grill and fondue set.
The balcony is the perfect spot to admire the view over the village.
This floor comprises one bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the upper floor: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (with two single beds), each with its own private shower room.
The garage can accommodate one small car, and the property also includes a private covered parking space. For additional vehicles, there is a public parking area just outside the chalet.
