Apartment Ferme du Lavay n°1 is a large 232 m² mountain apartment located in the hamlet of Ferme du Lavay (Route des Métrallins / La Sarre area) in Les Gets. It is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 16 people in a spacious and welcoming setting, perfect for large families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a mountain holiday in the Portes du Soleil ski area.
The apartment comprises 7 rooms with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spread over two levels. The bedrooms are varied, with configurations of double beds, single beds, and pull-out beds allowing for different sleeping arrangements for all guests.
The main living area is a large open-plan living room, dining room, and kitchen (approximately 76 m²), fully equipped for complete self-sufficiency: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, as well as raclette and fondue sets, ideal for group meals.
For your comfort, the apartment features a wood-burning stove (wood provided), a television, Wi-Fi, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a private garage and parking space (4 spaces). Pets are allowed under certain conditions, and mountain bikers will find a storage area for their bikes in the garage (mountain bikes cannot be brought inside the apartment itself).
The accommodation is non-smoking, south-facing, and boasts balconies with views of the surrounding mountains. Linens (sheets and towels) and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen) are included, making it easy for guests to settle in.
The location is convenient: the free shuttle stop is about 100m away, while the ski lifts (Chavannes gondola and Mont Chéry gondola) are about 1.8 – 2.3km away, with the tourist office and services (ski school, bus station) nearby.
