The Bouquetin Gîte (ref. 74G134019) is a 37m² gîte located on the first floor of a converted farmhouse in Les Gets, which also houses the owners' residence. It is situated close to all shops, activities, and the Portes du Soleil ski area.
This welcoming accommodation sleeps up to 5 people and comprises an open-plan kitchen/living room with a sofa bed (140x190cm) and a single sofa bed (90x190cm), as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a bunk bed (80x190cm), providing comfortable sleeping space. A shower room with WC completes this functional layout.
The cottage features underfloor central heating, a balcony, and access to a shared garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue/griddle, and games, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in a beautiful, flower-filled setting during the summer.
Ideally located, it is just 300 meters from the ski lifts (Mont-Chéry and Chavannes gondolas) and the village center, with a free shuttle bus nearby for easy access to the slopes in winter. Also close by are a tennis court (200 meters), an 18-hole golf course, and a leisure center with a lake for swimming and water sports, making this cottage suitable for all seasons.
Included amenities include Wi-Fi, internet access, heating, utilities, bed linen, and the option to rent a baby cot and choose end-of-stay cleaning.
