Chalet Berio is a spacious, detached chalet of 220m² located in the Rocher district of Les Gets (Haute-Savoie), perfect for accommodating up to 12 people in a comfortable and welcoming mountain setting.
The chalet spans three levels and features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, with a layout designed for groups or families. The ground floor comprises three double bedrooms (180x200cm beds), each with an en-suite shower room, as well as a bedroom with bunk beds, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The first floor features a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen leading onto a bright, open-plan living and dining area of over 50m², a lounge with a gas fireplace, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. This living room opens onto a southeast-facing terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and an outdoor jacuzzi, offering panoramic views of the village and the slopes.
On the second floor, a spacious master suite with a double bed, private bathroom (bathtub and shower), and toilet completes this level, along with a relaxation area with a television and sofas.
Outside, the chalet benefits from private parking (up to 4 spaces, 2 of which are covered), a ski room with a changing room and boot dryers, and a garden with unobstructed views. The free shuttle bus stops a few dozen meters away, and the Chavannes and Mont Chéry ski lifts are approximately 680m and 800m away respectively, providing easy access to the Portes du Soleil ski area.
The chalet comes with linens included, beds made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning, making your arrival and stay simpler and more enjoyable. Pets are allowed upon request.
