The EauVive5 apartment is a welcoming 36m² (388 sq ft) 3-star rated apartment located on the first floor of the Chalet EauVive in the Bénévy/village center of Les Gets. It can accommodate up to 5 people and is ideal for summer and winter stays in the Portes du Soleil ski area.
This well-appointed apartment includes a bright living room with a sofa bed (140cm), an open-plan fitted kitchen (mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator, gas hob, filter and pod coffee makers, raclette and fondue sets), and a separate bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), offering comfort and practicality for families or groups of friends.
The bathroom with shower and toilet is practical and well-designed, while the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, a television, a storage room, and access to the chalet's shared washing machine and dryer.
Outside, you'll enjoy a 7m² southwest-facing balcony with garden furniture, a large 1000m² communal garden with furniture, a pétanque court, and outdoor play equipment for children in the summer, all in a peaceful mountain setting.
