SALLE Polyvalente "LA COLOMBIERE"

You'll find a high-quality sound system, appropriate lighting and a professional kitchen to help you organise your receptions.
The building can accommodate from 10 to 650 people for all types of events: shows, company meetings, general assemblies, dinner parties, exhibitions, seminars, galas, cocktails, private parties, weddings, etc. Its three modular rooms and balcony offer a wide range of configurations to meet your requirements.

Would you like to book our room for your event? Here are the steps to follow:

1.CONTACT
By telephone 06 88 13 16 08 (Monday to Friday) or by e-mail salledesfetes@lesgets-mairie.fr to check availability and target your requirements. You can also arrange to meet us on site to discuss your organisation and requirements.

2.PRE-BOOKING
You will be given a pre-booking document, which you must complete and return to us.

3.HIRING CONTRACT
An estimate will be sent to you as soon as possible. Once you have signed it, a rental contract will be drawn up.

4.D-DAY
Meet us on site on D-day for an inventory of fixtures and fittings and handover of the keys. The outgoing inventory will be carried out on the next working day. Your deposit cheque will be returned to you if there is no damage.

SAVOIE" room
Capacity: 240 people standing/seated - 160 people seated

The SAVOIE room is the heart of La Colombière. With a surface area of 245 m², it has a 70 m² stage equipped with sound, lighting and audiovisual systems, making it ideal for various types of event, from conferences and seminars to shows and private receptions.

Upstairs, a balcony can seat 134 people, offering an uninterrupted view of the stage. Thanks to removable partitions, the room can be enlarged by integrating the adjacent Faucigny and Chablais rooms, to reach a total surface area of 480 m² and seat 610 people.

The "CHABLAIS" room
CAPACITY: 120 people standing/seated - 80 people seated

The 120 m² CHABLAIS room is ideal for organising meals, thanks to its direct access to the kitchen.

Access is also possible from the rear of the building.

FAUCIGNY" room
Capacity: 120 people standing/seated - 80 people seated

With a surface area of 120 m2, the FAUCIGNY room is ideal for organising your meetings, general assemblies, training sessions, showrooms, etc.

You will appreciate the brightness of this room and its direct access to the outside without having to go through the Hall.

Main hall
Capacity: 120 people standing.

The central point of the building, this area provides access to all the rooms. You can organise your aperitifs, vin d'honneur and small receptions here.

Direct access to the bar and its equipment.

Kitchen
A professional kitchen is available for all your culinary preparations. Access to this area is possible from the hall and the Chablais room.
