Like A King is a duo that performs covers of Ben Harper songs and his own influences, ranging from folk blues to soul rock.
Like A King draws mainly from Harper's early albums to revisit his most iconic songs. Like A King also covers soul rock classics by artists such as Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Ray Charles, Bob Marley, and The Beatles.
Rémi Salaun: Vocals, guitar, foot percussion.
Etienne Cédileau: 6/12-string guitars and slide guitar, backing vocals.
Each musician brings their own personal style, developed over years of musical experience, creating subtle nuances between acoustic softness and electric flights of fancy.
