What is a FatBike?

A Fatbike is no ordinary bike. It is specially designed to cope with winter conditions:

  • XL” tyres: their width and low pressure provide incredible lift on snow. You don’t dig in, you fly over the terrain.
  • Electric assistance: Essential to compensate for the resistance of the snow, the motor allows you to climb snow-covered slopes with disconcerting ease.
  • Total accessibility: You don’t need to be an expert on gradients. If you can ride a bike, you can ride a Fatbike!

Supervised experiments for more magic

At Les Gets, we prefer outings accompanied by our qualified guides and instructors. Why do we do this? Because they know the resort’s secret gardens and have mastered the riding techniques specific to snow sports.

  • The Discovery Outing: A day out to enjoy the snow-covered panoramas and learn about the first sensations of driving on snow.
  • The Unforgettable Moment: The Night Fatbike:* Equipped with powerful headlamps, set off to conquer the trails after the slopes have closed. Riding under the stars, between light and shadow, is a sensory experience you’ll never forget.
