You no longer need a medical certificate to take part in a race. The PPS (Health Prevention Passport) is a certificate confirming that you are physically fit to run. This process is free of charge and can be completed online. Go to https://pps.athle.fr/ and enter your Health Prevention Passport number, which is valid for 3 months. Without a PPS, you will not be allowed to take part in the race.

Are there any formats suitable for children?

Yes. Children can take part from the ‘Éveil’ category onwards (i.e. from the age of 6). The first category starts at 4.00 pm.

Do you need to bring a head torch for the adult courses?

The adult race (a choice of a 10km or 20km loop) starts at 6.30 pm. You must therefore have a head torch to take part in the adult trail run.

Is a medical certificate compulsory?

No. You no longer necessarily need a medical certificate: your athletics licence number is all you need. If you do not have a licence, you can obtain a certificate of fitness in just a few minutes by completing the health prevention course available on the athle.fr website.

My registration has been marked as incomplete. What should I do?

Please note: your registration is not yet complete. Please check that your licence/PPS number has been entered correctly. If the problem persists, the payment for your registration has not been recorded. You can log in to your I-chrono account using the runner code provided in the registration confirmation email. We are still available at trail@lesgets.com.

Are there elite race numbers?

Elite race numbers can only be obtained on request from trail@lesgets.com

Where can I find departure times?

Each race has different start times: 4.00 pm: start of the children’s races – beginners’ category (born 2018–2020) – 600m 4.30 pm: start of the children’s races – ‘Poussins’ (born 2016–2017): 1.5 km 5.00 pm: start of the children’s races – benjamins / minimes (born 2012–2015): 3 km 5.30 pm: start of the youth race (born 2010–2011 and later): 4 km 6.30 pm: choice of 10 km or 20 km (open to juniors born in 2008–2009 for the 10 km)

Are dogs allowed on the course?

No, unless there is a medical reason for the animal to be present.

Come and enjoy an evening lit up by headlamps in the heart of the Les Gets ski area on 16 January 2027 for the third edition of the Les Gets Winter Trail.

The Les Gets Winter Trail is an event combining sport, camaraderie and a winter night-time atmosphere for an extraordinary experience under the stars! This sporting event is open to everyone, with four routes specifically designed for children and young people.

For the adult races, choose your distance as you run: set off on an initial 10km loop and then continue onto a second loop to reach 20km, depending on your fitness level and how you feel at the time. A route that offers you a level of flexibility rarely found in the world of trail running!

Registration for the Les Gets Winter Trail includes a complimentary hot meal at the Salle de la Colombière (the village hall) or a meal voucher to be used at one of the restaurants on a list provided by the organisers; you must make your choice at the time of registration.

For all minors, participation in the Les Gets Winter Trail is subject to the mandatory presentation of a valid FFA licence (Athlé Compétition, Athlé Entreprise, Athlé Running) or a health questionnaire in accordance with current regulations, to be completed on the website https://pps.athle.fr/. For races in the ‘éveil’ and ‘poussin’ categories (for children born between 2018 and 2016), in accordance with current FFA regulations, timing and ranking are not permitted. A parental consent form must be completed for minors: Template – Parental Consent Form. The post-race meal is not included in the entry fee for children’s races; you can book this as an extra when registering.
