The Pied de l'Adroit A No. 5 apartment is a spacious and functional 3-room accommodation of approximately 59 m², located on the ground floor of the Pied de l'Adroit residence in the centre of the village of Les Gets. Ideal for up to 6 people, this apartment offers a comfortable setting for stays with family or friends, in summer or winter, with a privileged location less than 200 m from the ski slopes and a few minutes' walk from the main amenities and ski lifts. The accommodation comprises two separate bedrooms and a sleeping cabin, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate WC and a bright living room with a lounge area equipped with a television, a hi-fi system and warm mountain décor. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, as well as a raclette machine and a fondue set for convivial meals. The flat faces south-west, offering beautiful natural light, and has a shared garage with a private parking space and a private ski locker for storing your equipment safely. An electric vehicle charging station is also available near the residence on request. This accommodation is not suitable for mountain bikes and pets are not allowed. It is particularly well located for quick access to the resort's activities: approximately 150 metres from the tourist office, 150 metres from the French Ski School, 250 metres from the bus station and a few minutes from the Chavannes and Mont Chéry cable cars, which serve the vast Portes du Soleil ski area.
