Do I need special equipment to use Gets'Lib?

Helmets are highly recommended for your safety, although not compulsory for adults. The bikes are equipped with baskets on the front, perfect for carrying small bags or shopping at the market.

Can I take a Gets'Lib up to Les Chavannes?

Absolutely! The electric assistance is specially calibrated to absorb the gradient of Les Gets without sustained effort. It’s the most pleasant way of getting to the top.

What if all the terminals are full on arrival?

The application allows you to view the availability of spaces and bikes at each station in real time. If a station is full, the nearest station is never far away!

Does the service operate in winter?

The Gets’Lib service runs mainly during the summer (from May to October) to guarantee your safety on the road and to protect the equipment from winter conditions.

Our fleet of VAE (Vélos à Assistance Électrique – electrically-assisted bicycles) has been completely renewed to offer you a seamless experience: lighter bikes, equipped with integrated high-performance batteries and disc brakes for optimum safety. With a range of 50 km, the slopes of the resort are a distant memory.

It’s the ideal solution for getting around the heart of Les Gets while preserving the purity of our environment.

Soft pricing

For all your holidays, the adventure begins online. Once you’ve created your account, you have two options for unlocking your freedom:

The Code Option (Ideal for short breaks): Receive your personal code instantly on your Gets’Lib account and free your bike in the blink of an eye (€30 deposit).
The Badge Option (The key to the village): Pick up your name badge at the Tourist Office reception desk for even smoother use. (Deposit of €350).

Enjoy the freshness of Les Gets at an affordable price. You will be charged automatically at the end of your access period.

The 1st half-hour: FREE (Ideal for your daily commute!)
Up to 4 hours’ use: €1 per 30-minute period.
From the 5th hour: €2.50 per 30-minute period.
Half day (4h00): €7.00
Full day (8 hours): €27.00

Please note: To ensure the tranquillity of the village and the maintenance of our fleet, bicycles cannot be collected between 9pm and 7am (drop-off authorised 24 hours a day).
