Soft mobility in Les Gets Respect for the environment and sustainable tourism

Mobility is a very important aspect of sustainable tourism. Combining leisure activities with environmentally-friendly transport was one of the resort’s objectives. The range of services has therefore been gradually developed to give priority back to pedestrians in the village centre and encourage locals and holidaymakers alike to use soft transport.

Once you arrive in Les Gets, leave your car in the car park and move around freely on foot or by shuttle bus.

To make getting around easier, there are free shuttles to the main hamlets in the village and an inter-resort shuttle service during the season. Everything has been designed to make cycling, walking and shopping breaks a real pleasure, in complete safety in the pedestrianised centre street at certain times of the year.
