From 01/01 to 31/12/2025 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday between 12 pm and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 9.30 pm. On Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 10 pm.

Traditional French dishes rub shoulders with Savoyard specialities and a few flavours from elsewhere. La Biskatcha also stands out for its flexitarian offering, catering for the specific needs of various diets. Concerned about the environment, the chef uses fresh, local produce in creative ways.
