PAUL DE SAINT SERNIN “When I first got into stand-up, a bloke said to me: ‘If you go on stage, it’s because you’ve got a void to fill, something to prove to yourself.’ Nothing of the sort, ha ha! I just want to make people laugh, that’s all.”

Then I started writing jokes about the time I was humiliated by a girl in front of the whole school, the time I hid in a bush for eight hours to avoid getting beaten up, but also that revelation in April 2023 and the time a psychologist said I was incapable of love. In short, I’ve got no void to fill, nothing to prove to myself. I just want to make people laugh, that’s all…” Paul de Saint Sernin “Paul de Saint Sernin has established himself as a phenomenon on stage, with a stand-up routine in which he lays down his arms a little and dares to bare his soul completely” – GQ – GQ Man of the Year 2025 Production: NUMERO 10 – MAKAYAS PROD – M&G present Show recommended for ages 16 and over. Doors open at 8.00 pm. Drinks and snacks available on site.
