Is the Multi Pass nominative?

Yes, the Season package is personal, non-transferable and non-assignable. The Stay and Day packages are also personal and valid only for the chosen duration.

Do I have to buy the hands-free card in advance?

Yes, the hands-free holder is compulsory for charging your Multi Pass. It can be reused in both summer and winter. If you still have the winter one, you can use the same one.

Can I buy a Multi Pass if I'm not staying at a member accommodation provider?

Yes, the full-day package is available to everyone for : 15 € or CHF 18 per person. You can buy it at the ski lift ticket offices.

In which Portes du Soleil resorts is it valid?

The Multi Pass gives access to included and discounted activities in the participating Portes du Soleil resorts: Abondance, Avoriaz, Champéry, Châtel, La Chapelle-d’Abondance, Les Gets, Montriond, Morgins, Morzine, St Jean d’Aulps, Val d’Illiez – Les Crosets – Champoussin.

Multi Pass is OFFERED by the accommodation provider!
Your accommodation provider is a Multi Pass member: €4.00 per person / day for the entire stay.

How to buy: Your accommodation provider will send you a holiday code.

On-site purchase: Present the holiday code at the lift ticket office to obtain your Multi Pass valid for the duration of your stay.

Buying online: enter your holiday code on the online sales website (following the instructions sent to you by email).
