Les Gets, the place to bike

DH mountain bike, cross-country, road bikes or electric bikes… Les Gets has been a pioneering destination in cycling since 1992! Today it is a European benchmark, with an exceptional Bikepark with over 128 km of marked trails, including specially-adapted ones for e-bikes, and facilities for every level of ability.

  • The biggest Bikepark of Europe

With its 128 km of marked trails and direct access to the huge MTB playground of the Portes du Soleil, Les Gets Bikepark is a major, world-famous mountain biking site. Suited to mountain bikers of all levels, the bikepark is constantly being developed. It is a magnificent playground for all disciplines including downhill mountain biking (DHI), cross-country (XCO), freestyle, freeride and electric mountain biking.

  • A fast-growing e-mtb offer

Les Gets resort is an ideal location to discover electric mountain biking thanks to five marked routes for around 60 km of enjoyment!

Varied and fun routes where each person can go at their own pace: green and blue routes for those who love quiet, contemplative rides along the Mont Caly, the Pléney and Morzine, red routes for more experienced riders wanting to conquer the Col de Ranfoilly or the unspolit nature on the Plateau de Loex.

You want to conquer the Portes du Soleil ? It’s possible starting from Les Gets.

With almost 300 km of accessible mountain bike trails and 34 marked routes, the Portes du Soleil area offers endless possibilities. In addition, 21 Bosch charging points have been installed so you can charge your battery free of charge.

  • On the Great Alpine Road

Road-bikers come to the region, both as part of the Great Alpine Road (Route des Grandes Alpes), or to climb the mythical Tour de France passes surrounding the village such as the Joux-Plane pass. Many road cyclists take the Col des Gets (second on the Great Alpine Road) and compete with Alberto Contador on the now legendary Montée du Mont-Chéry and its slopes of over 15%, climbed by the champions of the Critérium du Dauphiné in 2016. The same famous Critérium that has seen its final stage arrive in Les Gets in 2021.

  • Try the Getslib’ to get around the resort by electric bicycles

Les Gets is one of the pioneer resorts for self-service electrically assisted bicycle hire thanks to the Getslib’.The Getslib’ is a soft mobility service available 7 days a week from the end of May to the beginning of November. They can be used to move around the resort, to do your shopping or to go to your activities!

A Bikepark that champions love!

World Championships, World Cups, French Cups… it’s on the Gétois slopes that the greatest champions have competed and won their finest medals. Remember the historic 100% French podium in the Downhill and the many tricolour medals at the 2022 World Championships, which are now etched in everyone’s memories.

These exceptional athletes inspire mountain biking enthusiasts and set an example for young people, more and more of whom are taking up the sport in the mountains. As a pioneering destination in the sport, Les Gets has developed a tailor-made offering for riders of all levels. With a high-performance Bikepark accessible to experts and beginners alike, the resort is a magnificent playground for downhill, freestyle, freeride, e-bike and cross-country riders in the Portes du Soleil area, not forgetting the Kids Zones with Pumptracks, mini-Jump Park and other fun modules for children.
