The blue trail A race of 20.5km and 1100 D+.

The blue trail takes you around Mont Chéry on paths that alternate between more technical forest sections and rolling mountain pasture crossings.

The route begins with a gradual ascent on a road for around 2km, before taking a path that leads you to the charming Mont Caly mountain pasture. After a contemplative break, you continue on undulating, rolling terrain with the Roc d’Enfer in your sights, to reach the Col de l’Encrenaz. A real treat for the legs and the eyes!

You then begin a succession of short but intense climbs through the forest to reach the summit of Mont Chéry. Take a break halfway up to admire the Pointe de Nantaux, Avoriaz, the Hauts Forts and the Dents Blanches. The route then alternates between forest passages and clearings before the final kilometres to the finish in the centre of the village.

Qualifying race for the French Trail Championships.

FAQ : Trail des Gets 2026 By Rossignol
  • What is the Montée du Chéry?

Opt for a different race format with 4 hours of racing against the clock and pushing yourself to the limit! The Montée du Chéry is 1.9km (uphill) with 380D+ and a gondola descent. If you’re feeling brave, you can do the Montée du Chéry on Saturday, followed by a trail run on Sunday.

  • Are there formats suitable for children?

Yes, children can run in the early years category (from the age of 6). You can find all the race formats here. People under the age of 20 cannot register for the red trail or the blue trail.

  • What is the new red trail route?

This year, discover a new course for those who like to get into the red! No more sticking to just one side of the village: for the 2026 edition, run the length and breadth of Les Gets. Start in the centre, head towards the Chavannes side, then continue along the Mont Chéry side. A route with unique landscapes.

  • Is a medical certificate compulsory?

No. You don’t necessarily need a medical certificate any more: your athletics licence number is all you need. If you don’t have a licence, you can obtain a certificate of fitness in just a few minutes by following the health prevention course available on the athle.fr website.

  • My registration has been marked incomplete. What should I do?

Please note: your registration is not yet complete. Please check that your licence/PPS number has been entered correctly.
