Route description

The Ellipse Line is the high-performance signature of the wild side of Les Gets. Over a particularly nervous one kilometre, this “Elite” track concentrates everything that modern riding demands: complex root sections, rocky slabs and a pronounced slope that leaves little room for hesitation.

Born of a partnership with Oakley, this line embodies vision and excellence. The course requires a surgical reading of the terrain to negotiate the technical sequences while maintaining optimum speed. Located on Mont Chéry, it offers a raw, natural riding experience, far removed from the smooth flow of family runs, for total immersion in pure adrenalin.

The tip: On this trail, vision is your first line of defence. The light and shade passages under the Chéry fir trees are treacherous: make sure you have a Prizm™ screen to make out the landforms and receding roots clearly. A low-speed reconnaissance run is imperative before fully committing.
