Les Gets Morzine Liaison
The Les Gets-Morzine run is much more than just a downhill run: it’s a real traverse. At 6.5km long, it links the two ski areas. The route starts after the Crête des Nauchets, heading towards the wilderness of La Charniaz.
The route then skirts the ridges that separate Les Gets from Morzine, offering riders a natural balcony with a bird’s-eye view of the two valleys. The profile is varied, alternating between rolling sections on the ridges and more winding sections where you gradually lose altitude. It’s the ideal route for those who want to enjoy the “Grand Domaine” experience, leaving the hustle and bustle of the Bikepark in Les Gets behind and heading for the village of Morzine on a smooth, contemplative trail.
Prepare your bike outing with our real-time information tools: webcams, weather and piste maps.
The “Enduro” tip: Be careful to manage your effort, as 6.5 km of continuous descent will put a strain on your arms and legs! It’s a magnificent run for group photos on the ridges facing Mont-Blanc. A quick logistical reminder: make sure you check the closing times of the Pleney in Morzine so you can get back up to Les Gets before the end of the day!
